Ryan also met with the representatives from Bellevue this week. Ryan, his speech therapist and I took a tour of the campus. After the tour, we met with the admissions staff. They accepted all of Ryan's military education towards a future degree program. They also generously covered the cost of his first class and books. If this first class works out, Ryan thinks he might pursue a degree in World Securities. This degree would definitely fit well with his current work experience and could be applied to a job in any government or national defense agency.
This week QLI turned a section of their campus into a haunted house for Halloween. I was really impressed! The staff really put a lot of time and effort into making and working the haunted house. They obviously couldn't be too scary. But, it was very well organized and entertaining.
