Memory

Learn how memories are shuffled around in your brain so that what you do today is the same as how you'll do it tomorrow. Click HERE.  This kinda hits close to home. In the first few years after my injury, I would do tasks repeatedly. Events that I had completed numerous times before never got fully transferred to my long term memory so that they would be less cumbersome the next time they arose. It was only after REPEATEDLY doing a certain task that it eventually became "muscle memory". After sticking to it for long enough, it became second nature. This proves that those things that you say that you can't do, can actually be done if you DON'T GIVE UP!
