It can actually be a really good thing for your brain if you wanna be on the top of your game. It's an easy way to recharge your battery! 10-20 minutes is a good amount of time to nap if you're in a crunch. 60-90 minutes is ideal. Try to avoid 30 minute power naps if you want to be bright eyed and bushy tailed when you wake up. Naps may be difficult to take if you are having trouble turning off your brain. If that's the case, put on some relaxing music to chill you out and distract your thoughts.
