Vitamins, Vitamins, and more Vitamins!

Well, today I added Vitamin B3 to my daily arsenal. It mixes in with my daily doses of Echinacea, Ginkgo Biloba, Omega 3, Omega 6, Omega 9, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, a Multi Vitamin, and my one prescribed medication (which I have significantly lowered over the last few year).
