I did 90 minutes on the treadmill today and a over 100 yards (no assistance) on the walker yesterday.
Last week, I held my heart rate at 190bpm for 5 minutes on the stationary bike.
I guess physical therapy 4x a week and the gym 3x a week is helping that. Going to college 2x a week and working 3x a week also helps keep my mind sharp and alert.
I also do 2hrs of Posit Science (brain fitness) at work. That significantly adds to the equation.
