Happy Halloween

Almost here, close enough. I had Physical Therapy in the pool today. Although it wasn't graceful, I almost walked all the way across the pool. Between the gym workout the other day and the pool workout this afternoon...Thanksgiving came a little early 'cause this turkey is DONE. Picking up my ride from the local bike shop tomorrow, getting tire liners verses thorn-proof tubes installed. I am off to the apartment gym tomorrow as well, we'll see how the treadmill wants to treat me.
