Day 40

Today, Ryan (and a bunch of other residents) got out of their daily therapy activities. The local air force base is hosting an air show this weekend. Ryan and the other QLI residents got to go see the "dress rehearsal" of the show today. It was pretty loud and impressive. 

Ryan got to meet and greet an Air Force General and Admiral from the command out here. I think the general "runs" the command. But, I could be wrong--wouldn't be the first time. (Funny story:  I totally embarrassed myself when I thought the Air Force general was an Army general. I don't know what could have given me a hint that he was in the Air Force. Maybe the fact that he was wearing a flight suit. ha!)
